Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
